Hand Made Traditional Taiwanese Paper Lantern XL Terra

Passion for craftsmanship is the basis for the development of our traditional Taiwanese lanterns. All items have been created in ‘the last crafts workshop’ in the mountains of Taiwan. One worker creates the framework using local Makino bamboo, another then applies the fabric giving the frame extra strength and finally a third craftsman folds the fabric around the frame bringing the piece together.

An experienced artist then hand paints each item individually. A beautiful an authentic addition to your home. Every lantern is a unique piece of craftsmanship what can cause a little variation in colour and shape.
