Shipping policy
Our business hours are Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 4:30 pm, excluding Bank Holidays. We are a family-run business and we ship everything from our UK-based warehouse in Devon. We aim to process your order in 3-5 days.
Standard Postage £3.95
We use Royal Mail or an appropriate Courier for the shipping of the majority of items we stock. Our standard service is 48 hours Tracked. Please allow 3-5 working days from your receipt of your dispatch notification. This notification will come from the carrier and include tracking details.
Our postage charges are calculated by weight. If your item is small enough to use a less expensive tracked service we shall do so, and refund you the difference if applicable. If you place a large order that exceeds normal limits the postage may default to that of a large or couriered item. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this.
We will contact you by email if there are any issues or changes regarding your order or delivery.
Speedy Shipping £6.95
If you need your order by a certain date please let us know, either by email or call, and we will do our best to have it with you in time. We may need to charge an additional fee for this service to upgrade your shipping to 24 hours Tracked (1-2 days).
Large Item postage £ varies
Items that exceed the standard postage limits will be charged at the large item postage weight. We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force or an appropriate Courier for the shipping. Shipping charges for these items will be calculated at checkout. We will advise you of any additional charges, for larger or heavier items, that haven’t been calculated at checkout before posting them. If in doubt, please get in contact and we will provide you with a quote.
Couriered larger items / Furniture £45-£100
A courier service is used for the shipment of furniture items or those of a particularly fragile nature.
Our independent Courier collects from us weekly.
Once your order is booked with our courier they will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable delivery date/time.
Please contact us to check if our larger items are in stock before purchasing. Some of our larger furniture items, such as sofas, are ordered from Europe and can take 4-5 weeks to reach our warehouse in Devon before we can check and dispatch.
