Small homewares or accessories delivered with Parcelforce or Royal Mail 

For returns of smaller homewares or accessories, we offer a 45-day returns period.

We can provide a Royal Mail or Parcel Force label at £7.50 / £13.00 per box, or arrange a home collection. Collections are typically available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, with a 5-hour time slot—please let us know your preferred AM or PM window if you’d like to arrange this. Any return costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer, you are welcome to return items at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please return your item(s) in their original condition and packaging. To avoid damage, we suggest holding on to the packaging until you’re sure you’d like to keep your item. Please ensure packaging is not marked.

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund (minus any applicable return costs). Refunds can take up to 14 days during busy periods. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction of 20% in your refund dues to the items having to go straight into Sale

Larger furniture items delivered with our 1 or 2 man courier teams - 28 days returns

For return of any larger furniture delivered with our two-man courier teams, please within 14 days of receipt and we will schedule a collection, within 14 days, with the same team who delivered your order. 

All large furniture, Mirrors and Artwork contact us for a return shipping cost as shipping will depend on your location and starts at £70

We’d recommend keeping hold of any packaging until you’re sure you’ve fallen in love with your new furniture as if you change your mind, we’ll ask you to return the items in their original condition and packaging in order to prevent any damage in transit.  Please do not mark the packaging.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process a refund (less any returns cost laid out here) however during busy periods returns can take up to 14 days.  You’ll receive an email from us with your refund confirmation as soon as it has been processed. All refunds will be made back to the original payment methods used.

Damaged items
Please check your items on arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately on info@folkinteriors.com or text us on 07939 017582 and to include photos of the item and box. 

We are not able to accept damaged items after 10 days from delivery.

Complaints
