Dear Customer,
If you change your mind about an item, we gladly accept returns within 40 days of receiving your order. Please note, that Folk Interiors does NOT offer free returns. In such case, you are welcome to choose a local courier. We do recommend to send a package with a tracked service. If it is after the 28 days since you received the item a credit note will be issued.
For Parcels under 60cm in length please use our returns portal here. The cost of using this service is £4.95 and this will be deducted from your refund.
1. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package. (pack ceramics well as we cannot refund if broken upon return)
2. Fill in your details in the link above and print your label
3. Please remember to include your order number as without this we will not know who the parcel came from. A little note is helpful se we understand why it wasn't suitable. (the packing slip is enough)
4. Send your parcel to our warehouse and remember to ask for proof of purchase incl. tracking number from the postal service.

If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction of 15% in your refund dues to the items having to go straight into Sale
For Parcels over 60cm (not suitable for the Royal Mail service) and larger furniture items we recommend using www.transglobal.com or shiply.com
We can help arrange a collection with our courier for furniture and he charges £70. Please email us info@folkinteriors.com to arrange this.
Refunds
When we have received your return parcel, we will send you a refund. If you have used our portal we will deduct £4.95 from your refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our warehouse.
It is not possible to get the refund credited to another debit/credit card account than originally used - even if the item was received as a gift.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange it please email us info@folkinteriors.com to check if this is possible
Damaged items
Please check your items on arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately on info@folkinteriors.com or text us on 07939 017582 and to include photos of the item and box.
We are not able to accept damaged items after 10 days from delivery.
Complaints

Please send us your order number and attach a photo of the item, which you have a complaint about.
