About Sarah
Sarah Raisbeck trained as a chef 20 years ago at Tante Marie in Surrey. Sarah Initially worked as a baker specialising in desserts and patisserie. She then added sourdough to her cookery skills, winning several prestigious awards, before returning to sweet treats, this time in plant based sweet bakes. Sarah is the author of Natural Sweet Bakes, a plant-based cookbook which incorporates essential oils to create amazing flavours and enhance health. Sarah's approach to health is holistic, from plant-based cooking, to wild swimming, to essential oils, she focuses on leading a wholesome natural life with as few toxic elements as possible.
Sarah lives in South Devon with her husband, three children, dog, cats and chickens.
